Privacy notice
Novox ("we", "us") operates the website at novox-ai.com. This page explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We collect as little as possible.
What we collect
The site has no forms, no accounts, and no analytics. The only information we ever hold is what you choose to send us directly — for example, when you email a founder or our general inbox:
- Your name, email address, and anything else you include in your message.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your information with marketers. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may collect standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, country) for security and operational purposes — see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.
How we use it
- To reply to your message — typically a response from a founder within one business day.
- To keep an internal record of the conversation if it leads to a pilot or contract.
That's it. We do not enrol you in any marketing list without explicit consent.
How it's stored
Any message you send us lives only in our email inboxes. We do not run a contact form, a server-side database, or a third-party email service that retains your data. Once a conversation ends or you ask us to delete it, the email is removed from the relevant inboxes.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To do any of those, email hello@novox-ai.com and we will action the request within 30 days.
Cookies
The site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. The only
browser storage is a small localStorage item that remembers
whether you chose light or dark mode. It never leaves your browser.
Changes to this notice
If we make material changes we will update this page and adjust the date above. Previous versions are kept in our git history.
